Where to send it

To your home club, the club where you joined. Planet Fitness says to “send written notification via mail to your home club” and publishes no central cancellation address; the head office in Hampton, New Hampshire is not the address it gives for cancellations.

How to make it count

1. Sign and date it and keep a copy.
2. Mail it at least 7 days before your next billing date, and 7 days before your annual fee date to stop the $49 fee. Planet Fitness does not say whether the 7 days count from posting or receipt, so mail early.
