What the PF App does, and does not do

• Same login: the app uses the email and password of your planetfitness.com membership account.
• Billing dates: “You can find all of your billing details online or in the PF App under the My Billing Info & Balance section of the account menu.”
• Payments: you can update billing information and make a payment in the app.
• Cancelling: not named. Planet Fitness's online route is “the member portal on the website”, and deleting the app or your app account is not one of the ways it lists.

Cancel online with your app login in 3 steps

1. Open planetfitness.com/login in a web browser and sign in with the same email and password you use in the app.
2. Find the option to end your membership in your account and confirm it. Planet Fitness says some policies vary by location, so not every club may offer it.
3. Save a screenshot of the confirmation screen and keep any email you get. More on cancelling online.

Check your two dates in the app first

Cancel at least 7 days before your next billing date to stop that charge, and at least 7 days before your annual fee date to stop the $49 annual fee. Both dates are under My Billing Info & Balance.

No cancel option online? Two other ways
