How to cancel at your home club

1. Go to your home club. Planet Fitness lists your home club, not any club, as the place to cancel in person.
2. Bring what matches your account: your name as it appears on your membership agreement and your membership or keytag number.
3. Ask a team member to cancel your membership and stop all further charges, including the annual fee.
4. Leave with proof: ask for written confirmation, and note the date and the name of who helped you.

Before you go: dates and fees

• Monthly dues stop only if you cancel at least 7 days before your next billing date.
• The $49 annual fee bills on its own date; cancel at least 7 days before it. When the annual fee bills
• A $58 buyout applies only if your membership has a minimum term and you leave before it ends.

Can't get to the club?

Planet Fitness also takes a letter mailed to your home club (free template) and, where the club offers it, online cancellation in the member portal.
